Meet Your Head Master
Master Saeed is the head master at OMAC Martial Arts - Richmond Hill, a 4th Dan Black Belt who brings 20 years of teaching experience across markets in Belgium, Iran, and Canada.
He specializes in athlete development, instructor leadership, and structured training systems, and competes at a high level himself, with national podium finishes in both Poomsae and Sparring. He leads every class with patience, energy, and a genuine love for the art.

Not at all. Most of our students begin as complete beginners. Our white belt and all-levels classes at OMAC Martial Arts - Richmond Hill are designed to teach the fundamentals at a comfortable pace, so you or your child can build skills and confidence from day one.
We welcome students as young as 4 in our Tiny Tigers program (ages 4 to 5), with Kids Taekwondo for ages 6 to 12 and Teen and Adult classes for ages 13 and up. Each class is grouped by age so students train with peers at a similar stage.
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art known for its dynamic kicks, structured belt progression, and emphasis on discipline and respect. Students at OMAC Martial Arts - Richmond Hill develop self-defense skills, focus, and fitness while working toward their next belt.
Yes. We offer a free trial class so you or your child can experience a session firsthand before enrolling. It is the best way to meet our instructors, see the community, and feel the energy of the dojang. Contact us to book your spot.
Comfortable athletic clothing is perfect for a trial class. Once enrolled, students receive a Taekwondo uniform (dobok). Just bring water and a willingness to learn, and we will take care of the rest.
